Sensory Bin Assembly & Donation Activity

Activity Overview
Volunteers will build age-appropriate themed sensory bins for children in three developmental stages: Infants, Young Toddlers, 2-Year-Olds
Each group will choose a theme and create a complete, ready-to-use sensory experience.
Suggested Themes: Bugs, Spring, Ocean, Construction, Farm, Colors
Age Group Guidance
· Infants: Large, soft, safe items only, No choking hazards
· Young Toddlers: Scooping, Pouring, Basic sorting activities
· 2-Year-Olds: Imaginative play, Themed tools and interactive materials
Volunteer Instructions
- Use creativity to make bins engaging and developmentally appropriate
- Ensure all materials are safe and age appropriate
- Fully assemble and label completed bins
